They´re thieves. My son rented one for 5 minutes on January 1st, 2012, and they charged 150 euros to his Debit Card as a guarantee. It´s an abuse to charge that amount for a 1.50 euros rental. If the bycicles were returned 5 minutes later why the 150 euros weren´t returned immediately. It´s a rip off. From the information I´m getting from differen forums this money will never go back. THIEVES!!
