After a 2011 edition marked by memorable moments and ever wider public success, the Villette Sonique festival continues, expanding in scope and developing a taste for adventure and for the unexpected.
With experimental rock, electro and hip-hop icons and top names from the international independent scene, the festival has become, in just a few years, an eagerly awaited moment in the musical and cultural life in France, yet remains well off the beaten path of the usual large scale festivals.
In the exceptional setting of the Parc de la Villette, this festival offers a new perspective and a selection of top quality events, as well as workshops for children and adults, a label village, meeting places and much more.
The 2012 edition will be a new opportunity for Villette Sonique to assert its unique place in the landscape of national festivals.
