    Description: The Philippine archipelago of over 7,000 islands stretches almost 1700 km. Its location and history have generated strong and varied artistic expressions. This is the first major exhibition dedicated to the Philippine archipelago in France during the last twenty years, in which more than 300 works will be presented.

  • The floating universe of Paul Jacoulet

    Description: The French artist, Paul Jacoulet (1896-1960) arrives in Japan in 1899, where he is to spend the greater part of his life. He travels to Korea, China and Micronesia which he visits numerous times to paint portraits of the inhabitants.
